29. Venue and Jurisdiction

Nothing in these Terms independently requires arbitration unless a valid and enforceable agreement expressly provides for arbitration.

Any arbitration or waiver provision shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

32. Severability

36. Force Majeure

A Health Place shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, Internet disruptions, infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, utility failures, epidemics, pandemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

This Section does not excuse obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excused.
