So, make sure you are in a room of no noise. The internet connection is working right. Also, make sure you are aware of the function of the medium that your therapist is using.

Keep a journal –

You can keep a journal and write your thoughts whenever you want. This will help you to track your thoughts. This way expressing yourself will be easy. Also, it is not easy to get back to daily work after such sessions. So, you can pen down the things you learned. Moreover, making notes about the session can be helpful in the long term as well.

Stay consistent-

Since online teletherapy services do not require you to go somewhere, you can easily stay consistent. Schedule your sessions in a way that you are available. If you are hesitant to attend sessions and miss them, then it will not be effective. So, make sure you are consistent with your sessions and are in touch with your therapist.
