Summers could be a synonym for the season of laziness and the reason of all excuses! In contrast to the same, we have more of the ways and whims to get our lazy bums moving out in summers. For starters, the duration of daylight is more in summers than in winters. If you have kids at home, summer breaks are quite relaxing and allow you free time to focus on your fitness goals.
